Method: This is a prospective cohort study with 466 patients DECD who underwent transplantation 2015 and 2016 Brazil. A total 551 events were recorded. The largest incidence infectious occurred month after transplantation. Cytomegalovirus was most common episode. Results: rate infections 57.1%. Among bacterial infections, only 4% due to multidrug-resistant microorganisms. death 3.3% (15) patients. main cause (73.3%).
